Like the past 10 days, the morning bell rang at 4 am. After the 2-hour morning meditation, breakfast and final discourse, all students helped clean up the center, said their goodbyes, and started leaving. Dad and Yik came to pick me up around 8:30 and I was just soooo happy when I saw them!
The course was tough, definitely nothing close to easy or relaxing. But I have definitely got what I want – learning more about myself and about the natural laws of life (Dhamma, 法). Vipassana is a technique to observe the reality of oneself. So, I would recommend this course to all the people who would like to learn more about themselves. It’s good!
